Positional Release

The Positional Release Technique involves finding a tender point in the patient’s body, to which the massage therapist then moves the patient’s body or body part towards the position of greatest comfort.

Positional Release Therapy reminds the body to find balance, resulting in relieving pain, promoting emotional release, and improving structural alignment.
